A few weeks ago, i was lucky enough to be given a pair of 'urbanears medis', as a late birthday present.
I'd had my eye on these for a long long time, mainly because of the great sound quality and colorful design.
They come in a box of the shade which your product is (in my case, 'grape')
When you lift off the lid, the first immediately noticeable thing is the incredible packaging.
i can't lie, the packaging is probably one of the best parts...
it comes with packets with different sized parts so that the earphone fits perfectly. (S, M, L, XL)
it also comes with an adapter.
if your ipod/phone is an older make, then the sound quality might not be as good as it could be, because if might be a slightly different fitting.
if this is the case, then you plug the adapter into your device, and then the medis into the adapter.

the wire is covered with a different material, which means that it doesn't tangle easily/tightly. and when it does, is extremely easy to untangle.
THE TECHY SIDE OF THINGS
the urbanears medis use something called EarClick solution, which means that the earphones are secured at two separate points in your ear, rather than one
this means that they fit tightly (yet comfortably) into your ears resulting in an even better sound quality. for those who run listening to music, this is a great option as they stay securely in your ear.
because of EarClick, there is also little pressure on your ear
something i would recommend before buying these, is to try on a friends pair (if you can) and listen to music on them for a week or as long as you can, because in many reviews, people have said that it causes pain on their ears.
i have not personally experienced this, so i think it depends of the shape of your ear.
